The RoleThe RoleObjective To ensure enhancement of facility management standards using standardized procedures, practices and training. Improve internal client engagement and Reduce the operational risk to the business units. Has to work closely with other departments like Security, Procurement, Finance, IT, etc. Solely responsible for roll out of Helpdesk & Staff transport requirements. |
RequirementsRequirementsKey Responsibilities Will manage the day-to-day property and facility management functions for the corporate office Assist in the Development of performance management system based on process and excellence related and non-financial KPIs for FAS vendors Pro-actively develop and manage business units relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved through the Helpdesk Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions Liaise with the procurement & other teams Any other FAS related business excellence & continuous improvement projects Be responsible for the upkeep of the FAS web-portal and implementation of satisfaction survey findings Minimum Experience 8 Years experience with last 4 years in Facility Management, with firms such as MNCs, financial institutions, BPOs, software firms ideally in the UAE |
