Job description / Role

- Managing Independent Cash Flow &Updating same periodically
- LC Management & Banking Facilities Management
- Coordinating, Compiling & revising Cost to complete on a periodic Basis
- Compiling Revised Revenue Working Details (Variations Log & Other Claims)
- Managing Financial Accounting and Reporting for Projects
- Monthly MIS Reporting for Project
- Coordinating internal audits, Techno commercial audits and reviews
- Cost & Profitability reporting for the Project
- Project Financing
- Planning & Budgeting for the Projects
- Receivables and Payables Management of project
- Cash Purchases & Petty Cash Management
- Bills Certification of Suppliers for Payments of Projects
- Verification & approval of Back Charges & Accounting for Same
- Collection from MC & Coordination with QC/Commercial for IPA Certification
- APG & PBG Validity Management & APG Progressive Reduction

Requirements

- CA (or) CPA (or) ACCA
- Middle East experience must
- Construction / Contracting Industry experience preferred
- Hands on experience on Financial Accounting and Reporting as per IFRS
