Job description / Role
Directs the Islamic banking division financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with parent institution, and the financial community by performing his / her duties personally or through subordinates.
Requirements
1. Should be a Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or having an equivalent certificate preferable with CPA / CA
2. Should possess a minimum of 3 years Islamic Banking experience .
3. Oman National preferred
4. Should have strong analytical skills
5. Should monitor compliance with Bank's policy and procedures
7. Should possess effective communication skills with strong oral and written skills
8. Collaborative and flexible style with a strong services mentality
9. Should possess excellent leadership and decision making skills
10. Creativity, with experience funding activities in ways that both cover cost and generate operating margins
