Job description / Role
Our client is a global consulting firm with an established financial investigations practice in Dubai. They are looking for an experienced financial investigator to join their practice. As a senior member of the team, you will provide support to a number of high-level fraud investigations on behalf of their clients.
* As a member of the financial investigations team you will be a senior member of the team managing multiple investigative assignments across all sectors including oil & gas, financial services, pharmaceutical and government services
* Assignments will encompass anti-corruption & bribery, fraud risk management, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, fraud and theft
* Oversee and review the drafting of client reports, agree draft findings and improvement recommendations with clients
Requirements
Requirements:
* Approximately 3-5 years professional experience in forensic accounting and financial investigations, including areas such as fraud prevention and risk management
* Experience of working to strict deadlines and budgets
* Experience of working in a professional services firm or law enforcement agency preferred
* Ability to communicate in clear and concise English
* Arabic-speaking preferred but not essential
* ACFE / ACA / ACCA / CPA, a similar accounting qualification or a Master's degree in finance essential
