The RoleThe RoleWe are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Manager in our Food and Beverage Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overall business leadership and direction in promoting consumer awareness and sales in all Food and Beverage outlets. Reporting to the Senior Manager, your duties will include: Focus on Food and Beverage operations including operating standards, policies and procedures for efficient, effective and profitable operations. Ensure customer service excellence by providing authentic and quality food and service whilst providing customers with a flavour of the themes through appropriate stories. Lead and develop implementation of "best practices" in design, technical drawings and strategies for an innovative, high traffic, profitable operations. Manage a team by inspiring, motivating, guiding and coaching to ensure adherence to performance standards and creating customer delight. RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered you will possess the following skills and attributes: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Hotel Management / Service Management Minimum of 6 years Food & Beverage experience with an emphasis in designing layouts, providing authenticity appropriate to the themes, essential facilities including health, hygiene and safety and an understanding of drivers of satisfaction to customers. Demonstrated background and strong understanding of category management. In-depth understanding of operational aspects (from business and technical view point) in Food & Beverage outlets including operating standards. Strong practical experience in leading and managing a large workforce in park environment (Food & Beverage), especially staffing and shifts. As this role is primarily field based, the successful candidate will be highly resilient and flexible to work in this fast paced environment where the working hours include evenings, weekends and public holidays. |
