Manager - Fund & Corporate Finance

Job description / Role

Reporting to: Head of Private Equity & Corporate Finance

Fund Management - manage the fund structure; manage all banking relationships, tax planning and client/ investor correspondence. Manage the various third party service providers such as trustees, fund administrators, corporate administrators, tax and legal advisors etc; manage, along with third party providers, all statutory filings.

Corporate Finance - analysis and evaluation of opportunities, investment related research, basic financial modeling, liaising with third party research providers.

Finance Officer - oversight of assistant finance manager in respect of finance, accounts and administration

The role may require up to 10% time for travel

Requirements

- Professional accounting qualification - CA/ACCA/ CFA
- Substantial exposure to Funds Corporate Structure and Administration
- Strong Corporate Finance experience
- Ready for the challenge of working for a relatively new start-up
