Manager - Group Strategy

Manager - Group Strategy, Up to AED 26,000 per month, plus benefits

Our client, a leading organization in the UAE, is currently looking for a Group Strategy Manager for their growing team in Dubai.

The key responsibilities for this role are; to collect and condense relevant strategy information across the Group. Develop project plans for individually owned work streams (including deliverables, responsibilities and milestones) and analyze markets and products to identify business opportunities and generate new business idea. You will also support and facilitate development of strategic plans for the Group and its entities/businesses as well as collect and carry out economic research and project driven competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats.

The ideal candidate must have strong business judgment and superior problem solving and analytical abilities, particularly in strategic business and financial analysis, ability to multi-task and work under pressure; flexibility with last-minutes challenges/changes and excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements

- University or Graduate Degree or comparable education/training
- MBA is of advantage
- Ability to speak, read and write English is required, while knowledge of regional languages is of advantage.
- 2-3 years in Strategy Consulting in the Financial services industry or 3+ years in Banking with strategy and business building experience
- Specific experience in selected areas, e.g. Retail, Wholesale, Treasury, Asset Management and Brokerage
-I ntegration experience is of advantage
