The RoleThe RoleLeading regional organisation seeks a generalist HR Manager with an emphasis in Compensation and Benefits has the responsibility for developing, implementing, managing and administering the organisation's rewards and benefit policies. This includes salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits. |
RequirementsRequirementsPrimary Objectives include: • Monitoring the salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff; • Researching and analysing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector, through remuneration surveys • Manage implementation of services, policies, and programs; • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organisation are fair and are perceived, ensuring the grading structure is reflected on employment contracts; • Making recommendations on changes to employee payroll policy and benefits; • Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies. • Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement; • Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements; • Developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. • Maintaining and managing the payroll system; • Developing and maintaining accurate personnel record systems. • Personal ongoing development. |
