Manager – HVAC Maintenance
Objective: To design and implement an HVAC maintenance strategy that delights our customers, is cost effective and offer competitive support services of high quality and timely maintenance contracts.
1.Prepare and develop the maintenance & service unit’s business plan including annual budgeting, human resource planning and capital expenditure forecast.
2.Monitor and continuously improve customer service.
3.Enhance the grade and quality of services provided to customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
4.Maintain a high efficiency division with optimum cost control.
5.Generate maximum growth in terms of sales of services and maintenance contracts.
6.Prepare an appropriate marketing plan to promote and maintain the image of Shaheen Group as the leading service providing company in Bahrain.
7.Prepare annual training and staff development plan for the supervisors and technicians.
8.To continuously review the effectiveness of general maintenance practices, crew assignments, tooling and work schedules.
9.To prepare and submit tenders to clients, evaluate sub contractors and procure materials whenever necessary.
10.To establish and implement effective preventive and general maintenance programs
11.To ensure a high quality and timely implementation of maintenance projects to achieve full satisfaction of customers.
12.Develops and implements safety procedures for regulatory compliance.
1) Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in machanical or electrical engineering.
2)Experience: at least (5) years hands on experience in the maintenance of HVAC equipment for multi site commercial/industrial operation - mostly in a responsible supervisory capacity (preferably in any GCC countries).
-Excellent managment, communication, analytical, organization, time-managment and human relations skills.
-Strong customer service focus.
-Proficiency in the use of all MS Office applications.
4) Holder of a Valid GCC driving license.
