Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
In compliance with all regulatory authorities, design and implement comprehensive, integrated Occupational Health and Safety Programs that ensure asset integrity and the well-being of over 100,000 guests daily.
Comply with all regulatory and exception reporting requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:
Inspect and audit all facilities to identify sources of H&S Risks, and devise responsive, measurable remedies.
Undertake Fire, Crisis and Disaster Risk Assessments; lead the development of and Fire, Business Continuity, Crisis and Disaster Response Action Plans.
Create requisite preventative education and training channels and media; ensure regular audits and program updates.
Ensure compliance with all Food Safety regulations; ensure safe operation and maintenance of all F&B traps and vents; cooperate with Tenant Relations to undertake clinical testing of F&B outlets and common areas.
Develop and maintain effective, responsive relations with all Regulatory Authorities and Emergency Response services, including the onsite training exercises.
Design and inculcate the Health and Safety strategy across all stakeholders by segment.
Conduct Near Miss and Accident Analysis. Undertake appropriate remedial and preventative actions.
Develop education and learning channels and processes that are responsive to remedying Risks while responding to segment needs and expectations. Evaluate feasibility of outsourced resources; participate in technical assessment of vendor selection, contract design, establish SLAs; undertake vendor orientation, scheduling and on-boarding.
Contribute to the relevant sections of the Tenant Handbook and Fit-Out Guide; offer technical guidance and assistance to tenants; maintain appropriate records to identify tenant and common area non-compliance and advise relevant technical departments.
Work closely with Events and Commercialization teams to safeguard any materials, processes and people exposed within the common areas of the site.
Participate as Mall Duty Manager (evenings/shifts/weekends), as required

Requirements
