We are pleased to announce that we have a current vacancy for a Housekeeping Manager in our Park Operations Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems, procedures and standards to ensure provision of the highest quality standard of cleanliness and hygiene which is aligned with our overall vision of delivering world class customer service and satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, your main duties will include: Develop and implement systems to monitor and evaluate consistency in the service standards. Planning, organisation and control of resources to ensure efficient operations at all times. Development, management and control of the operational budget to ensure cost efficient operations. Training and development of team to achieve performance and behavioral targets. RequirementsRequirementsCandidates will possess tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, preferably related to public health or environmental management. You will hold at least 8 years experience in housekeeping or maintenance in large scale operations such as theme parks, shopping centres or hospitals. In order to be considered, you must have completed specific training in public health and cleanliness management, environment management or a related field. Qualifications in house keeping from hotel industry or health management institutions are advantageous but not essential. As this role is primarily field based, the successful candidate will be highly resilient and flexible to work in this fast paced environment where the working hours include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
