Job description / Role
Our Banking client is looking to hire a Manager - IT Audit and Risk on a permanent basis.
The unit ensures that IT design incorporated within all initiatives (projects, changes) is in line with the IT strategy/business strategy, especially to reuse and consolidate.
The unit ensures to maintain and report the overall IT Risk posture and external/internal findings on a scheduled basis to IT Management.
The unit manages the change control board for Group IT to govern, organize and publish all changes being promoted to production.
This role facilitates Internal/External Audit and ensures implementation of valid recommendations. This role also need to maintain and report on IT Risks and ensure implementation of IT Risk event mitigation plan. The System Analyst is responsible for managing Change Release for the production environment and ensuring a high level of quality of service, managing the interfaces between the change process and the other business and IT functions.
Requirements
Experience in the banking industry is a must!
Understanding of security requirements in banking. Working knowledge of Audit process. Knowledge of system hardening and vulnerability assessment. Understanding of network protocols, PKI, digital certificates and encryption techniques.
Understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
Understanding to the technical application risks, security, compliance and Audit requirements.
Understanding of the Risk methodology process adopted by the bank
