Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a highly established banking group in the region. Our client is looking to hire a Manager of IT Audit, Risk and Change Control to ensure the IT control functions are performed outside of application and infrastructure teams without prejudice.

This role will facilitate internal and external Audit and confirm implementation of Audit recommendations. You will maintain and report on IT risks and ensure the application of the IT risk event mitigation plan.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have an IT based degree and industry qualifications such as Prince2, PMP and ITIL. You should have 8 to 10 years total work experience coupled with a firm understanding of security requirements in banking. You should also have a working knowledge of Audit processes as well as system hardening and vulnerability assessment while an understanding of network protocols, PKI, digital certificates and encryption techniques would be beneficial. In addition, you should have a solid familiarity with technical application risks, security, compliance and Audit requirements.
