Employment: Full Time

Global Access Recruitment is now looking to find the market's finest performers & most experienced in the Sales industry.

Our multi national client is a very well established and highly recognised on the market within Travel & Leisure in the UAE. We are seeking a Senior Account Manger to join their well reputed & growing organisation.

The candidate is required to have Local UAE experience with travel & hospitality (Getaways deals & offers) industry.

- Manage New Business Development, acquisition and retention of top level accounts
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

Communication
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet, and to supply demand to relevant quality
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

Planning
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including supply and revenue - especially managing time and productivity.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.

Administration
- Ensure the use of customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and management, organization, and updating of information held in these systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain appropriate administration, monitoring, reporting, forecasting communication and liaison.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Evaluation & Decision Making
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others as required.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in daily activity and procedures.

Maintenance
- Develop and maintain systems to establish standards and measure performance relating to company objectives
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

Training & Development
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

Package: 15-20K AED + commission.
