The Role


Principal Functions :

Required to update and develop various in-house cost models underpinning the production of the Corporation's Regulatory Financial Statements for submission to the TRA.

Coordinates and supports in maintaining and documenting full cost accounts, accounting separation and LRIC (long run incremental cost) obligations as required by the TRA.

Participates in the overall top down costing study from implementation to completion and, using the LRIC model to support the preparation of finance-related regulatory reports required by the TRA.

Supporting the regulatory and commercial teams including, but not limited to, Marketing, Carrier & Wholesale and Finance on a wide variety of issues that touch upon regulatory costing/regulatory finance and whereupon there is a need to quantify regulatory impacts and/or make costing related assessments.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance with Professional Finance Qualification (ICMA).

Preferred Training : Accounting or Finance

4-6 years in experience in the telecoms field preferably in the LRIC, Regulatory Costing and Accounting.
