Job description / Role
- Management of different data sources and produces daily, weekly and monthly MIS to help product, sales and segment managers in effective and timely decision making.
- MIS task will include pre sales, post sales, portfolio management, productivity and efficiency related data management and turning it into meaningful and actionable information.
- Business Analytics task will entail responsibility for extracting insights from the existing customer base which can be leveraged by unit managers to define commercial actions including pricing, change in risk parameters, channel strategies etc.
- Help Retail Business in scenario planning and budgeting for growth and expansion.
- Work in close coordination with Finance and Credit Risk teams for integration of data and MIS.
Requirements
- Experience in producing accurate MIS reports at a product (credit cards, loans and liabilities) and segment/customer level using various Bl tools (SQL, MS Access, Cognos, BO, etc.).
- Analytics or CRM implementation experience.
- Proficiency in analytical/statistical tools.
- Expertise in Banking and Financial Services.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and data enrichment techniques.
- Good analytical and communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent people management and senior stakeholder interaction skills.
- 6+ years banking experience covering MIS, Reports, Business Analytics and data modeling.
- MBA or Post Graduate in MIS or Finance.
- Industry Standard Certification relating to MIS and Analytics.
