Job description / Role
Our client , a leading management consulting company is looking to hire seasoned management consultants specializing in any industry.
The role would entail:
- Working with Vice-Presidents, Principals, Senior Managers and clients to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives
- Managing the data collection and analysis
- Developing insights from the analytical process and integrating findings into the broader project work
- Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and client leadership
- Building the relationship between the company and the clients project team
- Providing professional development opportunities and feedback for Consultants
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university; MBA preferable but not absolutely necessary
- 9+ years work experience in a reputable professional services firm in consulting/management consulting/corporate finance
- Knowledge and experience in Middle East
- Experience in developing business is an advantage.
- Experience in proposal writing
- Highly numerate
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and resolve conflicting demands
- Ability to work as a member of a team sharing knowledge and providing guidance and technical advice where necessary
- Well developed problem solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Socially confident and able to create a strong presence with clients and internally
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent Arabic and English skills
