Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Support the establish of Intelligence function – including the framework for coordination and processes to gather relevant data from all necessary sources – including competitors communications, front line staff, stakeholders and media.
• Analyze and interpret information on competitor intelligence – including competitor’s offers, value propositions, alliance and market relationships and activities that are impacting on our market share.
• Produce monthly report – including interpretation and distilled learning’s arising from market changes and observed trends.
• Provide summary information to all relevant managers to assist in the development of counter offers and marketing strategy initiatives.
• Provide feedback and briefings to front line staff on key findings for competitor analysis.
• Manage competitor intelligence including competitor offered and activities.
• Identify the gaps in meeting customer needs.
• Collate and report relevant internal and external information.
• Any other tasks to be assigned by Head – Market Intelligence & CRM.

Requirements

• A candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Banking with a minimum of 4 years of, Customer Services Or High School Degree with a minimum of 10 years of Banking Experience
• Should be Omani
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Persuasion skills
• Motivated, initiative, innovative and dynamic
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Solid knowledge of current banking practices
• Flexible during times of change.
• Identify the gaps in meeting customer needs
• The candidate should be able to translate customers’ requirements into easy to use deliverables
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
