Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:

Consumer Experience Management involving Market Research, Data Modeling, Consumer Insights, Customer Service Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, Customer Intelligence, Process Re-engineering and Service Quality

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Translate research insights into marketing actions
• Employs a deliberate and systematic approach to build strategic levers using Customer Intelligence to create more meaningful and satisfying interaction with customers.
• Design, manage and maintain research models and framework for strategic measures across divisions and brand
• Translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies that deliver breakthrough innovation, competitive advantage, superior customer and brand experience and build profitability
• Combine qualitative and quantitative learning’s for better customer insight and suggest product propositions to business
• Constant update of product parameters across banks and competition
• Assist business on new product development and customer segmentation
• Develop models for enhanced customer experience based on regular feedback from customers and evolve with optimum communication solutions with an objective of customer satisfaction and delight
• To develop customer segmentation strategy, and to support the development and delivery of competitive pricing architecture to maximize revenue and arrive at an effective Products and Customers profitability
• Identifying Value Proposition to adhere to the needs and wants of key segments
• Establishing New deals such as tie ups / co- branding

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Research
Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:
• Financial Marketing/ Research

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in marketing/ research function, preferably with a bank

Specialist Skills Required for the Job:
• Knowledge of and experience in various marketing techniques
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact and draw valid conclusions
• Financial marketing experience
• Supervision and managerial skills
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Adequate knowledge of the different products and services of competitor banks
• Thorough knowledge of the products and services of the Bank
• Organizing and planning
• Interpersonal skills
