Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
* Responsible for planning, designing and positioning of marketing products, including development of collateral materials, defining selling points and pricing strategies, and working closely with the Development & Portfolio Management, Sales & Leasing, and PM & FM departments to deliver best-in-class products.
* Ensure all customer satisfaction goals are met, while supporting the company's overall strategy and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Develop the core positioning, messaging and segmentation for our products
* Develop and implement product go-to-market plans and sales support tools including launch collateral, customer touch points, mocks-ups and corresponding ROI
* Market Intelligence -buyers/lease, competition, marketing trends
* Responsible for related events and exhibition planning and execution including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, execution and success measurement tools
* Develop tailored content for presentations, datasheets, customer case studies that highlight the value proposition of the new co, products
* Work with related agencies to deliver complete project management from conceptualization to delivery and measurement tools
* Understand the Businesses' value proposition and competitive advantage and generate marketing plans built around specific target segments to ensure driving demand and correct positioning of projects
* Develop budgets or each project and ensure the implementation plan is shared with all related parties
* Work closely with communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media & PR
* Work closely with customer service/CRM to register the leads for sales and lease
* Extend any support needed to other team members

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
* 8+ years of Marketing experience preferably in real estate.

* Marketing Spending vs. Budget
* All Developments Businesses' Satisfaction vis--vis Marketing Services (Survey conducted to assess satisfaction)
* Compliance to Corporate Identity (# of deviations from the corporate identity guidelines / # of print collaterals reported by Internal Audit)
