Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a well known Education Group is seeking to recruit for a private school that it shall be managing in Dubai, a Manager Marketing and Communications. The purpose of this role is to enhance communications between the school and all of its stakeholders; students, parents, staff, regulators and the wider community.

The role will also entail marketing the school to potential students and parents, driving sustained growth in student registrations.

Position Accountabilities
- Perform detailed marketing research in areas relevant to the School and analyse market trends to develop and systematically refine the highest level of market understanding in order to drive school strategy and identify opportunities for development.
- Responsible for segmentation of stakeholders (value, needs, behavior, trigger points).
- Formulate the long-term marketing, branding and communication strategy.
- Define and execute marketing campaigns to drive student registrations and raise the profile of the school amongst all stakeholders.
- In collaboration with Companys Education Group, design processes to manage the quality of all interactions with stakeholders including the development of processes for the purpose of resolution and escalation of concerns.
- Develop, implement and lead stakeholder insight initiatives such as brand awareness through the utilization of various tools e.g. Net Promoter Score.
- Manage external agencies e.g. Public relations, media and advertising, market research, specialty agencies and consultants, etc. to ensure the achievement of the schools marketing and communications objectives.
- Lead the development and delivery of the schools Communications Strategy and activities including media relations and external information flow. Develop press releases, multi-media, newsletters, website content and speeches in line with the Schools brand objectives

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the GCC market and knowledge of the GCC and MENA consumer.
- Experience in managing 3rd party providers for campaigns and market research etc.
- Arabic and English language skills essential
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects from inception to execution.
