Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work Group Retail General manager in developing operating/business plan that supports the divisional and corporate strategies.
- Responsible for market penetration & revenue generation of the Motorcycle Brands in Qatar.
- Work with the Marketing Team in Preparing Marketing Plans for the Motorcycle Brands Retail outlets.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to confirm to Group Retail budgetary requirements.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and assists in development of sales campaigns to accommodate Motorcycle Brand goals.
- Responsible for organizational development, account strategies and sales forecasting/territory activities and planning for the Motorcycle Brands in Qatar.
- Ensures that everyone within the assigned division understands how their work relates to the achievement divisional and Company goals.
- Directly supervises & carry out performance appraisal of Sales Supervisor, Service In-Charge, Assistants & other directly reporting staff.
- Responsible to address performance management challenges in constructive and timely manner to Group Retail GM.
- Coordinates liaison between Group's other business units & Channels.
- Recommends new products, upgrades and enhancements based on customer expectations and communicates to the Group Retail General Manager & Group Holdings Management.
- Responsible for yearly budgeting, Cash flow, Credit & collections process of the department.
- Ensure the Division follows all the requirements of Credit Committee for the credit facilities to the customers.
- Ensure the Division implements & follows all the company policies for Group
- Participates in forecasting and planning in an effective manner by researching, developing & maintaining long & short range sales & marketing plans for the Motorcycle Brands Operation.
- Develops and maintains communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers.
- Protects the resources of the company including equipment, proprietary information, client base, and all products, services and data elements meant for sale or for the exclusive use of the products, Inc. employees.
- Prepares periodic operational reports showing Sales volume and potential changes in the Industry. May recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for the department organizational development.
- This position will be reporting to Operations Manager - Motorcycle

Requirements

- Required Experience: Min 10 Years in Motorcycle business.
- Candidates should have experience in GCC countries in the similar role.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who speaks Arabic.
- Should have a graduate in Commerce/Business, MBA also preferred.
