Job description / Role
Manager Performance Improvement - Bahrain
* Qualifications;
* Bachelors degree in Finance MBA degrees viewed favourably.
* Key Experience;
* 7+ years experience relevant industry experience having worked internationally
* Relevant industry experience having worked for a major oil & gas firm or having consulted in the industry.
* Experienced Accountant; Planning, budgeting & forecasting.
* Project and programme management experience - client interaction experience is a must.
* Experience in business and proposal development - high levels of presentation experience is a must.
* Personal Attributes;
* Fluent written and spoken English, bi-lingual Arabic is a plus
* Good people manager- experience in managing people and teams.
* Excellent presentation skills & Business development skills.
