The Role


Our client, a Federal Government Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi, has an immediate requirement for a Manager PR and External Affairs - UAE National

The purpose of the role is to maintain a professional Media and Government representation through the creation of External Communication strategies which will assist in achieving the long term goals and objectives.

Managing the organisations reputation in all relationships with Government and Media

Responsible for representing the organisation to a wide audience, locally and internationally.

Also communicating via Press Conferences, Seminars and related Events

Overall Management of the External Affairs Department and a team of Executives in PR, Media and Government Relations.

Project Management of Media Campaigns , locally and internationally. Ensuring that objectives are met within timeframe and budget.

Establish project teams to expedite and implement creative solutions and PR and Marketing strategies.

Oversee and support all activities in relation to External Communications for each and every Business unit across the organisation.

Increase overall awareness and perception of the organisation externally.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Media

Minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar role

Must have the ability to communicate on a Senior Level and manage Government protocol

Require experience speaking at Public Engagements

Team management and leadership skills are essential
