The RoleThe RoleOur client, a well diversified local group, is seeking for the above to introduce performance management on holding level. The candidates will be in charge of: - identifying & implementing performance management targets & initiatives in line with corporate strategy & BU demand - reviewing performance level & output against targets - liaising with the finance department in order to prepare periodic reports - analyzing cases of low performance levels to identify causes / obstacles |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for this challenging newly created role, you should be holding a MBA-HRM degree & have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in mid to top management performance management. Besides, exceptional analytical, communication & planning skills are indispensable. |
