Job Description

This role is directly responsible for all aspects of Business Finance for Commercial clients in MENAP region in the following areas:

* Providing strong Finance Support to the Business stakeholders for Commercial clients (CC) segment.
* Develop, report & monitor both leading & lagging financial and non-financial key performance indicators for CC and its constituent businesses.
* Monitor implementation of strategy, objectives & budget for CC.
* Assist in developing robust business plans for CC and provide management with the information necessary to monitor performance against these plans.
* Network & liaise with key partners in Finance & CC.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
* Provide objective and analytical insight into CC business performance, highlighting areas of risks and opportunities for the business.
* Provide strong financial support and value to the CC Business.
* Serve as decision making support unit to the CC business and supporting strategic direction and development for CC.
* Contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
* To provide finance support on CC customer data MIS and investigation issues.
* To provide control and review support on CC cost centres and coordinate cost forecast management and budgeting.
* To provide maximum support and assistance to the businesses in understanding and controlling their costs.
* Provide strong analytics & inputs on the RWA Management which optimises the return on RWA.
* Coordinate and manage CC finance communication and process with all departments including Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, Country Finance and Group Finance
* Management reporting process for CC performance within agreed Group or Regional deadlines
* Work closely with the Global CC Finance teams, to migrate best practices and implement Group's standard practices into MENAP CC.
* Coordinating with Country Finance and Business Finance on issues relating to FCP ,budgets, forecasts, accruals, etc
* Coordinating with FSSC Chennai for all CC reporting and MIS issues

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

CA / ACCA / CIMA professional / MBA (Finance) with 7-10yrs of experience
