Manager – Policies and Strategies

Job description / Role

A government organization responsible for planning and executing transport & traffic projects in Dubai is looking for Manager – Policies and Strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop, review, implement and update Commercial and investment Strategies, Policies, Procedures and methods concerning Advertising, Real –Estate, Outsourcing and Public Private Partnership in coordination with the Agencies Commercial & Business Development Sections.
Develop Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies, Policies & Controls concerning Advertising, Real Estate, Outsourcing, and Public Private Partnerships.
Ensure that key performance indicators are developed for the department and other agencies.
Participate in Steering committees managing different Commercial and Investment projects
Assess the tender process of commercial and investment projects in addition to evaluation, negotiation and awarding processes.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years experience in similar fields.
• Strong awareness in developing Policies and Procedures.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated skills in identifying, scrutinizing, improving and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
