Manager - Real Estate Transactions

Job description / Role

A leading international property firm have an excellent opportunity to join their growing Capital Markets team in Riyadh. This team focuses on advising clients on investments in real estate assets, as well as advising entities in optimising its real estate portfolios.

Key responsibilities will involve;
- Sourcing new real estate assets for sale
- Sourcing new investors
- Analysing real estate deals
- Preparing Investment Documentation
- Marketing investment opportunities & Closing Transactions
- Sourcing new fund & portfolio advisory mandates
- Preparing proposals and winning mandates
- Preparing advisory reports, financial models and presentations

Requirements

The successful individual will have 5+ years experience within real estate / transactions / asset management fields. They must be currently located in Saudi Arabia and speak fluent Arabic.

Other requirements include
- Bachelor degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economics.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- A desire to succeed and learn in a demanding entrepreneurial environment
