Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the regions leading banks, is looking for a Manager in Regular Reporting within the Group Finance Division. The role entails the following:

• Regulatory Reporting to Central Bank of UAE at pre defined frequency
• Capital Adequacy Ratio as per Basel II Framework
• Management Reports
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors
• Liaise with Central Bank Auditors
• Preparation of the Basel II Standardized Approach Ratio
• Manage implementation of Basel II – IRB Approach
• Manage the Annual CB Examination
• Implementation of the new BRF Guidelines
• Impact Analysis of the new CB circulars issued
• Review of regulatory reports and ensuring submission within specified timelines

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant
• Reporting Knowledge and Prior regulatory reporting experience of atleast 5 years.
• Should have reasonable knowledge of financial accounting/ reporting
• Strong MS Office skills, acumen for numbers and attention to detail
• Manage a team of individuals
• Should build good relationships with stakeholders across the organization incl. ITN, Business, etc to ensure challenges are proactively identified and solutions effectively and timely managed.
