Manager – Roads Landscaping

Job description / Role

A government organization responsible for planning and executing transport & traffic projects in Dubai is looking for Manager – Roads Landscaping.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop landscaping Master plan for the emirate of Dubai by setting measurable goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based on current and expected performance within specifications.
Manage the implementation of policies, plans, regulations and procedures of the authority concerning work related to urban landscaping.
Manage to prepare all documents for the project tenders in coordination with the procurement and contract department.
Approve all designs and project plan executed by the landscaping consultants to ensure its compliance within the technical specifications.
Approve the in-house design for roads, intersections, roundabouts, and parking areas; review and audit all the project plans which are designed and implemented internally.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture or equivalent sciences from recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of landscaping management, techniques, functions, systems, and procedures.
