The RoleThe RoleDeliver & maintain road structures & technologies systems with all associated facilities to the highest standards & to carry out roads structures activities & THE COMPANY’s Building facilities either internally or by use of contractors including management & evaluation of consultants & contractors. |
RequirementsRequirementsEmployment Standards: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Masters degree from a recognized university preferred. Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of traffic, road structures, and building facilities maintenance and contract administration management, standards, functions, systems, and procedures. Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, engineering planning and management. Skill/Experience: 5 to 7 years of broad road structures and building facilities maintenance experience, familiarity with the inspection procedures. Experience with data analysis, and road structure techniques, safety, site development review, and traffic & road structure and building facilities maintenance operation management. Excellent communication skills, report writing and group facilitation; presentation and public speaking, in both English and Arabic. Analytical thinking; business judgment; business innovation; and forward thinking. Attitude: Adaptability, strategic leadership, teamwork, focuses on results, developing organization talent, and an active listener. |
