Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work with the partners and management to identify business opportunities, pursue sales leads and generate new business
- Build and leverage client relationships to help internal staff identify sales opportunities
- Work with leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Help develop winning proposals
- Provide management support for the firms key accounts program and other Business Development programs
- Lead the firms sales and marketing program in Bahrain, including the management of our CRM, sales pipeline, events program and marketing collateral

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a professional services background, is bilingual and enjoys sales. He or she is either a sales and marketing professional or an accounting or consultant, who is happy to step back from a delivery role to focus exclusively on business development.

- A tertiary level qualification in marketing, business or accounting.
- 7+ years experience working in professional services as a consultant, accountant or sales and marketing professional (or the equivalent of 7+ years working in professional services and industry)
- Experience in developing client relationships that lead to sales opportunities
- Experience working on large proposals, participating in key account programs and/or other BD programs
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns, including events, mail outs, social media, CRM

- bilingual Arabic and English
- proactive, self-manager who enjoys being out of the office, meeting new people as well as managing sales and marketing programs
- disciplined and hard working
- capable of developing a rapport with senior executives and directors
