The RoleThe RoleMaximize the efficiency of tools and resources used in providing Performance, Service Level & Service Quality Management functions, by providing the Operations and Business teams with carrier grade Telecom and IT Performance, Service level and Service Quality data for them to proactively work on ensuring best possible services to du customers. Responsible to provide integrated end to end Service Performance and Service Quality management for entire Telco & IT Infrastructure. Sr. Analyst PM will be responsible to carry out major architectural design, planning, implementation & operational tasks of Performance and SLM/SQM platforms. Inter-work with all other OSS functions in order to provide Service quality function. Work closely with operations & business teams to understand their requirements & vision and implement the same in various OSS Service Assurance Tools. Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas: Provide Service Performance for Entire Mobile, Fixed, VAS & IT infrastructure Responsible for all OSS (Nokia NetAct, Ericsson OSS-RC, HP Open View etc.) modules providing Service Performance Management Functions Responsible for smooth rollout & operations of Performance and Quality Management systems Carry out & supervise administrational work on the relevant systems. Manage Daily Health Check to ensure smooth operation. Technically lead the rest of team for acquiring, implementing and maintaining Service Performance and Quality management tools. Work closely with Operations team to understand their requirement, propose solutions and roll out Follow proper escalation process to escalate issues to line management Create backup and disaster recovery policy Play key role in all new OSS projects Troubleshoot complex issues in the systems Ensure up-to-date Documentation Communicate with vendors to escalate and solve issues Design, develop and use Operations Policies for smooth operation of OSS Service Performance Management functions. Regularly meet with Operations teams to understand their concerns and develop road map to address them. Well versed with all OSS/Service Assurance aspects from both the technical & business perspective: • Performance management • Service Quality management • Service Level management • Fault Management & Trouble ticketing • ITSM |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Graduate in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunications/Computer engineering. Certifications in relevant Telecom/IT technologies is also a requirement Experience: 5+ years relevant experience (7 years of total experience at min). Hands on with OSS modules including Service Delivery, Assurance and Usage. Data networking. GSM Networks Telecommunications Platforms, databases and development environments.
