The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: -Developing the capacity of the Bank to hire, develop & retain talented qualified candidates & employees for key positions. -Developing a strategy to identify and retain talented employees. -Facilitating career path and succession plan initiatives. Key Roles: -Support VP T &D in defining the Key position across the bank. -Identify multi-leveled core, medium, and functional competencies required for various positions. -Establish a platform to ensure that key position are systematically filled with suitable candidates required competences in coordination with international recruitment manager. -Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits to design competitive remuneration packages for the key positions. -Prepare Performance Scorecards for various key positions in coordination with Performance Management. -Design comprehensive retention and motivation plan for talents within the Bank. -Develop suitable training plans and programs to develop potential talents . -Design career path matrix and succession plan to guarantee secured supply of talents on medium and long term basis. -Contribute to the design of a Talent Management HRIS module to automate the management of talent across functions and countries. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: -BA degree in Business Administration , or HR -Certificate or Master degree in HR Experience: Minimum 8 experience in HR functions Competencies: -Fluent in English and Arabic -Good analytical skills -Creative thinking -Good project management skills. -Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills -Ability to interact effectively with senior management |
