Job Description:
DOBL Manager is required to service a portfolio of accounts originated offshore and booked in DOBL

* Adhere to DOBL Governance framework while booking transactions
* Maintain controls, periodic monitoring activities, and timely identification and resolution of risk issues. The DOBL Manager must be well versed with Local and Group regulatory environment requirements and Group internal policies and standards that impact DOBL.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the booking & ongoing servicing of offshore-originated transactions in DOBL in accordance with the Roles & Responsibilities and process documents
* For each DOBL transaction - to ensure compliance to Group Policies / Procedures, Operational, Local Legal & Regulatory requirements, as well as laws pertaining to AML, CFT (including KYC / CDD), both at deal inception & on an on-going basis.
* Liaise directly with all relevant stakeholders involved in the end-to-end DOBL deal processing, including; (1) Originating Unit RM responsible for BCA preparation/approval, documentation preparation & post-booking credit monitoring (2) BU Credit Authority for final sign-off to allow DOBL booking and compliance confirmation (3) CRC UAE for verification of loan documentation against agreed terms, issuance of SCC & limit loading (4) OU RM for execution of documentation..
* Upon receipt of necessary clearance, loading customer profiles into necessary systems & carrying out the drawdown in consultation with OU RM and in accordance with client instructions.
* Support ongoing servicing of assigned portfolio of DOBL accounts, which includes;
- Ensure maintenance of client File for each account in portfolio,
- Ensure conducting rollovers of accounts in portfolio,
- Ensure monitoring excesses on accounts (including loan repayment), as well as documentation / DDN and liaising with OU to rectify,
- Liaising with OU RM responsible for credit monitoring to ensure (1) timely annual BCA reviews (2) covenant compliance reporting (3) any change in risk profile is reflected in ordinary monitoring processes of Booking Unit.
* Timely escalation of issues to DOBL Governance. Support resolution of issues arising out of reviews/audits.
* Support in periodically maintaining and updating DOBL deal pipeline. Also help with small ticket and other transactions that approved by DOBL directly.
* MIS and analysis of DOBL business and functional performance, capacity trends etc.
* Support any other ad-hoc projects that relate to DOBL(including its responsibility to support the DIFC Client Classification procedures)
