Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Manager of Architecture and Support will own and develop the Application, Information, and Technical architectures, strategies and roadmaps; and ensure the quality of solution architectures produced by project teams. They will also be responsible for the Issuing and Acquiring systems and manage second level support.
Key responsibilities include technical and people leadership, technology vision, project engagement, architecture, governance, vendor management, and motivation of staff.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills and Experience:
• 10+ years professional IT experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Systems / Solution Architect in a large enterprise environment with distributed locations
• 4+ years people management experience.
• Strong in the WebSphere suite of products with deep technical knowledge of and minimum three years experience in at least two of the following products:
- WebSphere Application Server
- WebSphere Portal Server
- WebSphere Process Server
- WebSphere Message Broker
- WebSphere MQ
- Oracle
