Job description / Role
Purpose:
This position, reporting to the Director Finance & Controller Europe is accountable for leading the Finance team in managing the Company’s financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, ongoing financial modeling and annual business plan.
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure the Company is in compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations (US-GAAP and Saudi-GAAP) and ensure filings are completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and oversee the Internal Review function to ensure that finance and operations controls and policies are complied with. Ensure effective follow up processes are in place.
• Responsible for Financial Management Reporting for the Company
• Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships.
• Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long term cash forecast
• Ensure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business
• Support/Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process

Other Requirements:
• Accounting designation
• 8 years working knowledge in accounting and finance with at least 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• good US-GAAP and local Saudi-GAAP knowledge

• Experience with SAP desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Saudi Nationals will be preferred.
