My client is a large, reputable joint venture partnership providing consulting in the Construction Management, Support Technologies and Architectural Engineering sectors.

This partnership seeks a Manager of Mechanical Engineering to assist in directing the HVAC section and supervise the planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refridgeration mechanical systems.

Requirements

- A Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable university
- Expertise in the principles of design, thermodynamics, heat transfer, hydraulics and fluid mechanics.
- Experience in managing and maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Expertise in collaborating on strategies and goals with company Business Units
- 20 years experience in related mechanical engineering roles
- Design and implementation expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHU, FCU and exhaust systems, energy and recovery systems
- Sound knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IBC, LEED, AMCA, ANSI, ARI, ASME, IMC, MEPA, SASO, UMC
- Software expertise in Autocad/STAD, Primavera, MS Project
- Knowledge in HAP System and BIM System is essential
