Manager of Project Management and Controls Department

Job description / Role

KEO’s Infrastructure division provides engineering consultancy services in the areas of highways, roads, bridges, water, wastewater, drainage, solid waste, environmental impact assessments and power and telecommunications.

Working within KEO’s Infrastructure Division as the Manager of Project Management and Controls Department you will be managing project managers and financial aspects of projects; interfacing and coordinating across all infrastructure disciplines and delivering some of the most prestigious projects across the Gulf Region.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Significant experience in Project Management & Controls and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects requiring interface and coordination between design and client groups.

• People management, project and business unit financial management.

• Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from a project/program management and controls background, having managed large multi-discipline teams or departments in design of construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.

• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience in infrastructure management and design. Masters qualifications will be viewed favourably and either holding Chartered or Professional Engineer status: C.Eng, P.E. (North American) or direct equivalent will be highly regarded.

• Management experience gained within a Consultancy will be highly advantageous, with 5 years prior experience in the Gulf Region required.
