The RoleThe RoleOur major international Oil and Gas client requires a Manger of Projects to oversee a team of Project Managers / Engineers. You will take an active role in overseeing a range of projects ensuring that they are progressed within time and financial budget. Typical duties will include, but are not limited to: -Liaising on regular basis with key contacts within the company, and their customers, suppliers and employers. - Hold regular meetings with Project Managers to monitor progress. - Reporting progress of projects to Senior Management. - Ensure that systems are in place to identify potential issues early. - Liaise with clients on an on-going basis to manage their expectations of ongoing work. - Support other departments within the company including; the commercial, procurement and marketing teams. |
RequirementsRequirementsOnly candidates with the following criteria will be considered; - Must have experience of building Jack-Ups - Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas construction industry. - Minimum of 7 years project management experience. - Proven experience of managing large teams. - Engineering degree/qualification.
