RequirementsRequirementsTechnical skills & Key Selection Factors / Responsibilities: - 7 - 9 years of experience - Managed at least 3 IT projects (from Initiation to Closing - value more than $300K each) - Experience in requirements analysis and development, RFP development, vendors evaluation - Experience in managing IT procurement Academic background - BS/BE in MIS, Computer Science or Computer Engineering - Accredited purchasing practitioner - Certified purchasing manager - PMP/PRINCE2 certified Minimum years of PQE: 7 - 9 years Industry experience: Telecom |
