Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Profitably manages and grows the business in an assigned geography.

The purpose will be to manage a country / region operation and jointly work on developing the strategy and executing the same.

Managing Consultants are seasoned consultants expected to demonstrate significant value beyond their own bottom line. This may be achieved through complex client project sales, team or technical management but the common theme will be leveraging know-how and experience to demonstrably improve Hays commercial development and performance and the operational management of the business.

Requirements

- 8-10 years Consulting experience with a Management / HR Consulting firm out of which at least 3 5 years in the GCC at a senior role
- Has held a managerial role for at least 3 years
- Has attained their University degree and/or their post grad degree from a reputable university in the Middle East or from Europe, India, Australia and North America
- Is experienced in Human Capital Strategy and Management or at least understands the fundamentals of Human Resource Management
- Spoken English
- Arabic speaking is essential/ an advantage
- Significant relevant experience including solid senior line manager or consulting career achievements to date
- Breadth of organisational understanding

The candidate should be an experienced professional with experience in developing and implementing large scale change projects that help support and reinforce the organizations business objectives.
- Worked at senior levels with a range of clients and seen as a credible business advisor.
- Led and managed multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements.
- Developed client relationships overtime and a track record of converting relationships into profitable commercial relationships.
- Experienced in building long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations providing quality advice and updating clients with the latest trends and market activities.
- Managed a team of consultants and worked internally with peers.
- A go to person on specific issues. Might be a lead QAer of a sub-service line.
