Their regional strengths cover markets across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

As a Managing Director you will be responsible for strategic brand development and business planning, full profit and loss accountability and delivery, operational development on the product and the customer, managing relationships with host brand and proven success in team development and leadership within the retail sector. A highly accomplished retail professional with the ability to show both strategic and operational excellence in addition to managing a portfolio of several brands simultaneously across multiple countries.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 10-15 years experience in Fashion or Footwear including a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions. A background in product, merchandising and operations is essential as well as experience in managing aggressive expansion of a retail chain. The ability to work in a complex matrix structure at a senior level in a respected international retail group or major multi franchise operation will ensure the successful candidate is well equipped for the challenges that lay ahead. Dynamic and energetic in nature you will be commercially astute and profit driven being an influential, proactive and strong leader for the business. Fluency in English is essential.
