Job description / Role
Our client is a company that provides soft skills training to large organizations as well as HR Development consulting projects, is currently looking for a Managing Director. For this role you will be expected to provide leadership and strategy of the company, act as HRD expert overseeing projects, up to date with latest trends, HRD blogging and get involve in business development.
Requirements
To be considered, you should meet the following requirements:
1. have more than 12 years of HR / Training experience
2. have been in a leading role for more than 5 years, managing a team of 30 to 50 staff
3. have excellent business development skills
4. willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
Salary package being offered is highly competitive.
