Job description / Role
1- Overseeing the day to day business operation with a 'hands on' approach whilst taking full responsibility for P&L of the operation and reporting to the board of directors.
2- Developing and deploying a business strategy that delivers sustainable profitable market growth and penetration.
3- Utilizing your extensive network of relation in the region augmented by building professional and credible relationships with key stakeholders in target companies and organizations to ensure we will be recognized as a strategic partner.
4- Taking a lead role on tenders and new business pitches.
5- Playing a key role in developing marketing material to support business development.
6- Maintaining a thorough understanding of sector/market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
Prospective candidates will have a graduate degree in technical fields coupled by a MBA or equivalent degree from credible higher education institution.
The person in mind has a proven track record of success gained in the related industries. You will have a history of winning new business in the region that is underpinned by strong industry relationships and understanding of the market.
You will be comfortable initially operating in a stand alone role with a view of further developing the organization. Of equal importance are strong interpersonal skills along with a strong commercial awareness that will ensure you make an immediate impact in this high growth market.
