The Role


Responsible for the financial performance of the office, budget planning process and effective in securing new business.

Establish close relationship with key clients, brand agencies and media owners by maintaining regular contact, conducting regular reviews for client business with clients and within office with senior staff.

Continuously deliver an outstanding product by providing support, guidance and good judgment as well as stressing the importance of the “big ideas”.

Leadership responsibilities to bring out the best people by developing annual goals with senior staff that contribute to improved performance of the office and to conduct timely and constructive evaluations for all staff, for professional development and personal growth.

To ensure that operational needs can be met within the budget and CAPEX allocation and be able to meet the demands placed on the operations by senior management without sacrificing the needs and long term heath of the office.

To be able to delegate effectively, while taking charge when circumstances dictate without de-motivating and build a strong management team where individual abilities are recognized and strengthened, to identify and develop a successor “second man in the office” and be responsible for HR policy within the office.

To constantly monitor the remit functionality; to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and submit regular monthly reports to agreed standards as required to ensure the remit’s effectiveness is maximised and its activities are in line with overall group strategy.

Create, maintain and review stocks and inventories for all equipment, consumables, documentation and any other supplies necessary to ensure that the role can function effectively and efficiently. The jobholder is responsible for the security and condition of all equipment and supplies stored, retained, used or under their control.

To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Additionally the jobholder is expected to suggest and implement improvements to internal procedures and controls to improve efficiency, reduce costs and to promote and protect the business interests wherever possible.

To carry out duties as tasked, ensuring service standards, objectives, internal policies & procedures and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.
