The RoleThe RoleOur Client is seeking a highly motivated Managing Principal with exceptional abilities to develop careers through design leadership opportunities. You will be responsible for managing an office of 300 architects and engineers and the design quality of the projects within your scope and communicating this to your team, the client and broader design team. Strong design and leadership abilities are essential and experience in education and commercial development from conception to detail design is preferred. You will be registered architect. You must have excellent team building and into- personal skills drive and determination to help shape a multi-disciplinary practice. Successful candidates will enjoy a studio environment which promotes creativity, teamwork and personal development.
