The RoleThe RoleManaging QS – Major Waterfront Development- £110K This business is one of the leading PQS firms in the Gulf Region with over 2000 staff based in projects across the GCC and offices in 11 locations. They have a project portfolio in Abu Dhabi alone in excess of $50Billion and continue to attract and develop some of the best professionals in the industry. They offer long-term career development on some of the most exciting construction projects in the world, as well as a relocation package that includes furnished accommodation and school fees for children. Among other positions, they are looking for someone at a senior level to take on a 'hands-on' managing QS role which will see you develop a team. Areas covered are pre-contract and cost planning through to final account settlement. The project is forecast the next 6 years so you're unlikely run out of work. |
RequirementsRequirementsQuantity Surveyor required, with B.Sc. (ideally) in QS, Construction Management or Building Studies preferred. RICS is strongly preferred but no essential as candidates from a similar highly-qualified background will be considered. It is not essential that you have worked on building projects as civils/infrastructure QS's will be welcome to apply. International experience is not essential for this role. |
