Job description / Role
Opportunity for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage high end, $billion retail development construction projects in the Middle East.

Duties will include (not limited to):
- Preparation of tender reports Analysis, evaluation/assessment of tender reports
- Negotiation and contract formulation
- Review the Preparation of cost plans
- Handling post tender qualification documents & procedures
- Preparation of recommendations for award of contractor packages
- Attending meetings with clients and contractors
- Management of other members of staff, both Quantity Surveyors and Measurement Technicians
Requirements
- Degree qualified from the relevant field
- Achievement of, or your advanced progression towards MRICS
- 10-15 years of total experience in construction QS/cost management
- Experience in the delivery of a largest scale new build retail construction project(s) Shopping centre, mall etc - necessity
- Pre-contract experience is essential
- PQS/Project management consultancy/developer background
