The RoleThe RoleManaging Surveyor – Dubai - £70,000 All inclusive Tax Free Package The company This Managing Surveyor’s role is with a leading construction company, who have operated in the Middle East for over 50 years, establishing a good reputation for constructing and building large office developments and hotel complexes across the United Arab Emirates. Having recently reported an increase in turnover of over 1 billion DHR for 2007, they are now seeking a Managing Surveyor to join their Suspended ceilings and Partitions division. The role As a Managing Surveyor you will work within a technical team, where you will work alongside a Contracts Manager and report directly to the Operations Director. This position is mainly office based although you will be expected to make frequent site visits to projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This position requires a Managing Surveyor with a trade contractor background within suspended ceilings and partitioning. Any candidate who fits the criteria for this role will be interviewed immediately, as this is a vital position within the division.
